1. Biomass materials consist of various organic matter including plants, animals, and microorganisms like straws, lignin, agricultural and industrial residues, as well as waste from agriculture, forestry, and animal husbandry. These materials are rich in cellulose, hemicelluloses, and lignin, which have a loose structure and low density.
2. When biomass materials are compressed, they undergo a repositioning, mechanical, and plastic deformation process. This results in an increase in volume and a decrease in density due to the wind and twisting interactions between the viscoelastic cellulose molecules.

Process:

Crushing →Automatic feeding→Briquetting pressing→Cooling→Packing

After the biomass raw materials such as straw, branches, bark, and wood chips are selected, use a biomass crusher to break the raw materials into pieces of about mm (shells and kernels do not need to be broken). And control the moisture content within the range of 10-20%. The chips are sent to the screw elevator through the feeding conveyor, and then pushed into the inlet of the biomass molding machine by the screw elevator. Finally, the pieces are compressed and packaged for storage or sale.
